d\u00e9tendre et d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 mieux respirer.<\/h5>\n<h5><br \/>A partir des questions et des \u00ab bobos \u00bb de chacune se d\u00e9cline un travail corporel permettant de comprendre l\u2019origine de ces douleurs \u00ab naturelles \u00bb et de s\u2019approprier des solutions pratiques. <br \/>Maux de dos, sciatiques, probl\u00e8mes digestifs, circulatoires, troubles du sommeil\u2026<\/h5>\n<h5><br \/>Form\u00e9e par l\u2019Institut Bernadette de Gasquet et avec mes comp\u00e9tences de Sage-femme, je vous propose avec le yoga des r\u00e9ponses efficaces et sans danger pour le bien \u00eatre de la grossesse.<\/h5>\n<h5>Les cours s\u2019articulent autour des principes essentiels : la respiration, les \u00e9tirements et le travail du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e.<br \/>Je d\u00e8s la sortie de la maternit\u00e9, avant m\u00eame la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation p\u00e9rin\u00e9ale, y compris en cas de c\u00e9sarienne.<\/h5>\n<h5>Le cours est un moment de d\u00e9tente et de remise en forme des jeunes mamans qui peuvent venir accompagn\u00e9es de leur b\u00e9b\u00e9.<\/h5>\n<h5>La protection du p\u00e9rin\u00e9e et le renforcement progressif des \u00ab bons \u00bb abdominaux font la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de ce cours.<\/h5>\n<h5>Je vous accueille, \u00e0 la maison, en cours individuel sur demande ou en tout petit groupe (maximum 4 mamans et 4 b\u00e9b\u00e9s!)
